Commercial Manager - Civil Infrastructure

This market leading specialist contractor is dedicated to providing innovative construction solutions for all clients across Australia. They work across all sectors of the construction industry from commercial, residential and industrial developments to large civil infrastructure projects.

They have recently been awarded a $50M civil project in the Hunter region and require an experienced Commercial Manager to drive the contracts process on site.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for supervising a number of contracts specialists and engineers to ensure the project is meeting financial targets and is carried out in accordance with contractual agreements.

You will have overall management of this entire process and will report to senior management and the client on time and cost outcomes.

It is expected that you will have strong experience within the construction industry, have previously worked on large civil projects in a similar role, and have excellent people management skills. You will have very good computer skills with exposure to numerous programs, and be degree qualified in construction management, civil engineering or a relevant engineering field.
